1. About Trading Remote
Trading Remote is provided by Nani Innovations. It lets you view your MetaTrader 5 account and send trading instructions from your phone. The instructions are carried out by the Trading Remote Connector EA running in your own MetaTrader 5 terminal, which places them with your broker. We are not a broker, we do not hold your money, and we are not a financial services provider. Nothing in the app or on this website is investment advice.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and allowed to trade with your broker where you live. You are responsible for following your broker's terms and the laws that apply to you, including any rules on automated or remote trading.
3. Your account
- Keep your Trading Remote email and password private. Anyone who has them can send instructions to your MetaTrader 5 terminal while the Connector EA is running.
- Use a different password from your broker account and your email.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
4. Your trading
- Every order, close, stop loss and take profit you send is your decision. You are responsible for the results, including losses, swaps, commissions and any amounts owed to your broker.
- Check every instruction before you send it. With the app's speed features (for example Rapid mode, MAX execution and bulk closes) one tap can place or close many orders.
- Stop-loss and take-profit amounts shown in money are estimates based on the symbol's value per point. The actual result depends on the price you get, slippage, spreads, swaps and commissions.
- Moving a stop loss to breakeven or past it does not guarantee that amount. Prices can gap past a stop loss.
5. How execution works
For an instruction to be carried out, your MetaTrader 5 terminal must be running with the Connector EA attached and Algo Trading on, your computer and phone must be online, and your broker must accept the order. Instructions go through Google Firebase, which adds delay. We do not guarantee that any instruction will be carried out, how fast, or at what price. Orders can be partly filled, rejected or delayed, for example because of market conditions, broker limits, insufficient margin, lost connections or the safety limits in the app and EA. Instructions older than 30 seconds are discarded. Always check your positions in MetaTrader 5 or with your broker.
6. Free plan, credits and Premium
- The free plan is supported by ads and limits the number of trades per execution. Premium, a paid subscription (see Premium subscriptions), removes ads and these limits.
- On the free plan, opening trades uses credits. You can earn credits by choosing to watch rewarded video ads. Closing positions and moving stop losses never use credits.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, are stored on your device and are lost if you uninstall the app. We may change how many credits things cost or earn, and may change or end the credits system.
- Interfering with ads or credits (for example by tampering with the app or faking ad views) is not allowed.
7. Premium subscriptions
- Billing. Premium is a subscription sold through Google Play, monthly or yearly. The price, in your currency, is shown before you confirm. Google Play charges the payment method on your Google account.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Trading Remote account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds. Payments are handled by Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy, without affecting your rights under consumer protection law.
- Price changes. If the price changes, Google Play tells you in advance and, where required, asks you to accept the new price before it applies.
- Restoring. Premium is tied to the Google account that bought it. Use Restore purchases in the app after reinstalling or on a new phone signed in to that Google account.
- Features. Premium currently includes any number of trades per execution, MAX execution, no credits and no ads. We may improve or change Premium features; if we remove a major feature, we will tell you in advance.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Trading Remote. In particular, do not try to access other users' data, overload or disrupt the service, reverse engineer or modify the app or Connector EA except where the law allows it, use it for market manipulation or anything illegal, or resell it without our written permission.
9. Availability
Trading Remote is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every broker, device or MetaTrader 5 version. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it. We will try to give notice of significant changes.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Nani Innovations is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Trading Remote, including delays, failed or duplicated instructions, outages of Google, your broker, your internet connection or your computer. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Trading Remote in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded, including under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
11. Intellectual property
The app, Connector EA, website, name and logo belong to Nani Innovations. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own trading while you follow these terms.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using Trading Remote at any time and delete your account in the app or on the Delete account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk. Removing the Connector EA from MetaTrader 5 stops all instructions from the app.
13. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them; if a change is significant we will tell you in the app or on this website before it takes effect. If you keep using Trading Remote after that, the new terms apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
