What gets deleted
- Your sign-in (email and password, or the link to your Google account).
- Every MT5 account linked to it: account details, balances, positions, prices, commands, results and execution history.
What doesn't change
- Your broker account, open positions and MetaTrader 5 terminal. Nothing is closed.
- Analytics and crash data, which aren't linked to your email and expire after 14 months and 90 days. Email us to remove them sooner.
Remove the Connector EA from your MetaTrader 5 chart too. Once the account is deleted it can no longer sign in, and it will keep showing a sign-in error.

Your account is deleted
Your sign-in and all of your Trading Remote data have been removed. Remember to remove the Connector EA from MetaTrader 5 and uninstall the app.
Can't sign in?
Email nanilukanyo@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm it is you, delete it, and reply within 30 days.
